Buttery Rosemary Herbed Breadcrumbs
Equipment
- 1 Sauté Pan
- 1 Spoon
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp Salt (adjust to tastes)
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Dried Rosemary, minced or ground
Instructions
- In a skillet or frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Once the butter has melted, add the panko breadcrumbs to the pan.
- Stir the breadcrumbs continuously to coat them evenly with the melted butter. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the panko turns golden brown.
- Sprinkle the salt, dried rosemary, and garlic powder over the breadcrumbs in the pan. Stir well to distribute the seasoning evenly.
- Continue cooking for another minute or two, stirring frequently, until the panko becomes crispy and fragrant.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and let the toasted panko topping cool slightly.
- Sprinkle the toasted panko mixture over your favorite savory dishes such as Mac & Cheese, Chicken, or Fish.
